Cadweld Welding
آموج فرآیند
Cadweld welding or combustion welding refers to a type of welding that is often used to connect wires, pipes, rods or copper plates.
Cadweld —welding is a melt-state welding in which two pieces are melted together by using a very high temperature combustion process and welded to each other using graphite molds.
As you know, in earthing systems in accordance with the world’s standards, all the buried connections between the earth conductors must be created using the welding of the coded. For a suitable welding the following items are required:
Graphite Mould Coded with Handle Considering Connection Type and Conductor Size
Welding powder with quick starter (Welding powder is determined according to the size of conductors and type of connection)
Ignition Gun to Seasoning Exothermic Welding Powder
Cleaning kit for mould cleaning, removing welding waste and preparing it for later welds
